Terms of Service

Draft, last reviewed 28 August 2026.

REBUNDLE DATA, a business name registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission (BN 9805225, registered 26 August 2026) as a sole proprietorship, operates this service under the trading name "Rebundle." These Terms are written in plain language to describe what the platform actually does. They have not yet been through formal legal review, we will update this notice the day that changes. A sole proprietorship has no separate legal personality from its proprietor under Nigerian law, unlike an incorporated company, noted here for transparency.

1. What this service is

Rebundle lets a registered user fund a wallet, then use that balance to buy mobile data, airtime, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens and exam pins for Nigerian networks and billers. These Terms govern your use of the service once it opens. Using the service means you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under Nigerian law to create an account. One account per person. The email and phone number you register with must be genuinely yours.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. We store your password as a salted hash, never as plain text, and cannot recover it for you, only reset it.

4. Wallet and pricing

Every account is a free user by default. A one time payment of ₦1,000 upgrades an account to Smart, which unlocks a lower price on every service, permanently, with no renewal and no expiry. The service shows exactly these two prices per item, nothing else. Prices are set by us and can change, the current price for any plan is always the one shown on the buy screen at the moment you buy it, never a price you send us.

A wallet balance is money you have paid into the platform ahead of use. It is not a bank deposit, it is not interest bearing, and it is not insured by any deposit protection scheme. Balances do not expire while your account exists.

5. Purchases, delivery and refunds

When you buy a plan, your wallet is debited at the moment of purchase and we attempt to deliver it through the relevant network or biller. If delivery fails, the amount is returned to your wallet automatically, this is a real, tested mechanism in the platform itself, not a promise made only in this document. A duplicate submission of the same purchase, for example from a retried request, is never charged twice.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by the underlying network or biller, incorrect details you entered, such as a wrong phone number or meter number, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Funding your wallet

You can fund your wallet by bank transfer to the dedicated account number generated for you. That transfer lands in our own settlement account; crediting it to your wallet is currently done by hand once we confirm the transfer, and every credit is recorded and always visible in your own transaction history.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for anyone else's account without their permission.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or bypass the platform's security.
  • Do not use the service for a purpose that is illegal under Nigerian law.

What you choose to do with a bundle or a top up after you buy it, including giving or selling it to someone else, is between you and that person. It is not a service we provide, explain or facilitate.

8. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we do, any remaining wallet balance remains yours and we will work with you to return it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated review date.

10. Contact and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The service is operated by REBUNDLE DATA (Business Name Registration No. 9805225, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 26 August 2026 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020), a sole proprietorship based in Ileogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.
